Create a digital power of attorney for the owners' meeting
Owners grant a power of attorney to an authorized representative on the platform. This representative participates electronically in the meeting & votes on behalf of the person granting the power of attorney.
Form for granting a power of attorney for an owners' meeting
In case owners do not have a power of attorney available to fill out, prop.ID provides a form for issuing the power of attorney.
Voting at the owners' meeting as a proxy on behalf of the principal and in one's own name
The authorized representative has the option to vote for himself or herself as well as for the person granting the power of attorney.

Power of Attorney in Germany

Owners upload a power of attorney or confirm it in text form (in accordance with § 25 (3) WEG Germany, function for text form in progress).

Power of Attorney in Austria

Owners upload a power of attorney with their own signature in accordance with § 24 (2) WEG Austria.
